Clera is a directory and matchmaking service connecting Canadian women to verified private clinics for menopause, perimenopause, hormone therapy, and broader women's hormonal health. The patient side is free. We do not provide medical care, and we are not a clinic. We are the route between you and the specialists who can help.
In a 2026 Ipsos survey of 1,000 Canadian women aged 35 to 60, one in three reported waiting more than two years for effective menopause care. One in five had their symptoms dismissed by a healthcare provider. Roughly a third had never received a formal diagnosis at all.
At the same time, Health Quality Ontario's 2025 draft Quality Standards acknowledged that the public system has historically under-served women in perimenopause and menopause. Across Canada, private clinics have begun to fill the gap. They are growing faster than patients can find them.
Clera is the layer between those clinics and the patients looking for them.
Patients. Canadian women, typically 35 and older, navigating perimenopause and menopause symptoms, who want specialist care without the waitlist or the run-around. Patients pay nothing to use Clera.
Clinics. Private menopause-focused and women's hormonal health clinics, naturopathic and integrative practices, sleep specialists, and adjacent providers serving the same audience. Clinics pay to be listed once verified.
